Greece’s participation at Gamescom 2025 in Cologne, Germany, was met with an enthusiastic response from visitors and investors, confirming that the country’s video game industry is rapidly evolving and steadily earning its place on the global stage. For the first time, a unified National Delegation—co-organized by the Hellenic Film and  Audiovisual Center (EKKOMED), Enterprise Greece, and the Hellenic Gaming Commission (EEEP), with EKKOMED as lead coordinator—showcased Greece’s growing role in the international gaming scene.

Over 300 high-level B2B meetings took place during the exhibition, highlighting the strong global interest in Greek games and projects. The National Delegation brought together more than 60 participants, including developers, designers, and producers. Greek studios impressed audiences with a diverse range of titles—from action RPGs and interactive fiction to advanced tools for developers and gamers—earning excellent feedback from both industry professionals and the public.

The Delegation was supported by major sponsors and partners: AEGEAN as Official Air Carrier Sponsor, the Endeavor business network, and Logitech G, which provided the technical equipment for the gaming booths. Further support came from the Federation of Hellenic ICT Enterprises (SEPE), the Game Developers Association Greece (GDA), and the IGDA Greece Chapter.
