EKKOMED is seeking documentary producers with international ambitions to apply for participation in the delegation program of the Greek Film Centre, Audiovisual Media and Creation at CPH:DOX 2026.

Through EKKOMED’s collaboration with CPH:DOX, documentary producers are invited to apply for participation in the Greek delegation to the festival in March 2026. The delegation will be led by Gianna Sarri and Iliana Zakopoulou from EKKOMED’s Hellas Film, which has secured four (4) places for Greek producers.
The CPH:DOX delegation program is designed to promote international collaboration by inviting creators, producers, and film industry professionals to attend the Festival as members of national delegations. The program offers participants the opportunity to present their projects in roundtable discussions, with a focus on co-production, Meet the Delegations – Presentations & Networking Roundtables, and the Delegation Decision Makers Roundtable. In addition, participants gain access to seminars, Forum pitch sessions, and networking events.
The aim is to strengthen cooperation and encourage cultural exchange between delegations and the international film industry.
CPH:DOX
CPH:DOX – Copenhagen International Documentary Film Festival is one of the world’s leading documentary film festivals. Founded in 2003, it places emphasis on artistically driven documentaries with social awareness. It presents a wide range of films covering political, social, cultural, and environmental issues. The Festival also includes discussions, workshops, and artistic exhibitions that explore the boundaries between cinema and other art forms.
Target Group
We are looking for documentary producers with international ambitions who have already distinguished themselves in their home country with one or two feature-length films.
To participate in the program, the following prerequisites apply:
- You must have a project in development and the intention to address an international audience.
- You must be seeking an international co-producer or international financing/distribution.
- The project submitted must have received funding from EKKOMED or have secured financing from other sources covering more than 40% of the total budget.

What We Offer
- Participation in the delegation program, including accreditation and access to CPH:Forum and the CPH:Forum Dinner
- Access to a pre-festival mentoring program through meetings with an industry expert or experienced producer
- Access to receptions, networking events, and more
- Coverage of the participation fee and accommodation for five nights
The cost of airfare is to be covered by the participating producer.
Application Requirements
Details regarding the application content and required documents are provided on the online submission platform. Key elements include:
- A professional statement explaining why you wish to participate in the delegation
- A relevant producer CV
- A project description (maximum 2 pages) of the film project intended for co-production, including information on its financing
Selected producers must cover the cost of travel to Copenhagen.
