(A)

1. The approval of decision no. 6/22.01.2026 of the Objections Committee, which recommends the rejection of the objection filed by the Beneficiary named “FOSS – PRODUCTION AND EXPLOITATION OF AUDIOVISUAL MATERIAL S.A.” for the investment project “KENA MNIMIS”, with MIS code EKOMEB01-0123026.
2. The approval of decision no. 7/22.01.2026 of the Objections Committee, which recommends the acceptance of the objection filed by the Beneficiary named “BLACKWRAP PRODUCTIONS P.C.” for the approved investment project “APEIRI GI”, with MIS code EKOMEB01-0087172.

(B)

The approval of the 12th Decision of Evaluation Results, following the examination of objections, for the above funding applications submitted to Action B under the Action “Support for the production of audiovisual works in Greece” of the “Competitiveness” Operational Programme NSRF 2021-2027, which includes the following results:

• Approval of two (2) funding applications with a subsidized Public Expenditure of 916,805.72 euros.
